The Fundament of a Team
The Fundament of a Team is of essential importance.
When something is wrong with the Fundament of a team, or when it is incomplete, unhealthy, or has insufficient pillars, the team won’t reach its ultimate Stability. This goes for architecture, but also for teams.
You can then organize trainings and further education. But building upon a shaky Fundament does not work, and will never be stable. This goes for architecture, but also for teams.
A good Fundament consists of 3 important values:
Organization: the right place for every function.
Inclusion and exclusion: who is included, and who is still ‘present’ in energy, but has physically already left?
Balance in giving and taking: is there a balance between performance and reward and appreciation?
These are the basic ‘laws’ of Constellation Work.
In this trajectory, you, as a manager and/or as a team, can look at the condition of the Fundament within the team, focused on the functions.
By means of a constellation, we look at the weaknesses and which interventions are necessary to restore, strengthen, and stabilize the Fundament of the Team.
After the Fundament of the functions is restored, we look at the content of the functions.
Are the people still at the right place in their functions, and what is needed so that everyone reaches their full potential?
The trajectory consists of an intake with the manager.
This conversation decides whether the teamconstellation will be carried out within the team or with external representatives.
After two weeks, a reflective conversation takes place, to see how the constellation endures and whether aftercare is needed.
The aftercare can be for the manager, the team, and/or for individual team members.
